The Basic Navigation Pattern (PNB) is the second license available for governing recreational vessels.
It is aimed at anyone looking to delve into the world of boating. It serves as an intermediate point among the main qualifications, providing extensive navigation knowledge. You can operate jet skis without power limits.

Authorizations:

With the Basic Navigation Pattern license, you can captain motor and sail recreational vessels up to 8 meters in length with an appropriate engine power.
Allows navigation up to 5 miles away from a port or shelter.
